Sources and required information
Most information comes directly from customers through the store, checkout or support. Order, delivery and payment-status information is required to process an order; without it we may be unable to supply goods. Security and device information may be generated when the website is used.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
Our store uses Google Analytics to understand website use and Google Ads to measure advertising and purchase conversions through the Shopify Google integration. Google may receive device and browser information, online identifiers, pages viewed, interactions and purchase-event details such as order value and currency. Optional analytics and advertising technologies require consent where applicable; your choices are managed through the store’s privacy controls.
Enhanced conversions are enabled for advertising measurement. Where the integration collects customer details you provide directly to us, and sharing is permitted by your consent and applicable requirements, it may send hashed email addresses, telephone numbers or address details to Google to match conversions with Google accounts and improve measurement. Hashing does not make those details anonymous. This does not mean every visitor supplies customer details or that all events contain them.
Google is a recipient of information from these services. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services for its purposes, processing and controls. You can review or withdraw optional analytics and advertising consent using Cookie settings in the footer, and contact us about privacy choices. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, NetworkKit relies on an applicable adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Automated decisions
NetworkKit does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on customers. Payment or fraud providers may apply their own automated checks under their notices.
Shopify services and enhanced features
Our store uses Shopify to provide storefront, checkout, security and customer-privacy functions. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. It can use information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features, including personalised services and advertising. Shopify acts as a controller for its processing for these enhanced features. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for details and choices.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or withdraw optional cookie consent. Necessary basket, checkout and security functions remain available.
