2. These terms
These terms apply to orders placed through the NetworkKit online store.
Please read the product information and our Delivery, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy pages before ordering.
Consumer statutory rights are not excluded or restricted by these terms.
3. Products and specifications
Product listings identify the product being offered and its relevant specifications.
Please check the exact manufacturer part number, compatibility, power requirements and any separately required accessories before ordering. Contact us where information important to your purchase is unclear.
We will not supply a different model or impose an additional charge without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT. Standard UK delivery costs £6 including VAT per order, regardless of the number of units.
The order total and available payment methods are shown before you submit an order. You can review and correct your basket before proceeding.
Payment may be subject to verification by the payment provider.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected goods.
A contract is formed when NetworkKit accepts the order and sends confirmation of acceptance. A message that only acknowledges receipt of an order is not necessarily acceptance.
If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for the rejected order.
6. Availability and errors
We check availability before fulfilment.
If an item cannot be supplied, or we identify an obvious pricing or description error before accepting the order, we will contact you. We will not automatically substitute another product or charge a corrected price without your agreement.
Nothing in this section permits us to disregard an already binding contract or your statutory rights.
7. Delivery
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Standard delivery costs £6 including VAT per order, regardless of the number of units, and is estimated at 3–5 working days.
Any relevant delivery restriction or different estimate must be disclosed before purchase or agreed with you.

8. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Consumers normally have a right to cancel eligible online goods purchases within the statutory cancellation period.
Our Returns and Refunds page explains how to notify us, return goods, identify responsibility for return costs and obtain a refund.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Any manufacturer warranty is additional to those rights.
9. Business purchases
Where you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer-specific cancellation rights do not automatically apply.
Any separately agreed business terms must be provided and agreed before the contract is formed. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Delivery estimates, manufacturer warranty terms and supplier arrangements do not remove obligations that NetworkKit has to you under applicable law.
11. Personal information
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information connected with enquiries, website use and orders.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. It can use information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features, including personalised services and advertising. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to use courts available under applicable law.
