Orders
A binding order is formed only when NetworkKit accepts the order and sends confirmation. We may reject an order that cannot be fulfilled or contains an evident pricing or stock error; any payment already taken must then be refunded.

Cancellations and returns
Consumers may cancel most online goods orders within 14 days after delivery and normally have another 14 days to return the goods after notifying us. The customer pays direct return postage for an eligible change-of-mind return. NetworkKit pays or reimburses reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods where required.
